About Us

Halina’s Hope was founded by Halina Noaker after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Until then, Halina had been living a life she loved full of hope and joy, and then came her diagnosis.

It was a complete shock to Halina’s system, as she lived a healthy life doing all the right things, but ovarian cancer became her life. Her battle, and as she was going through, realized that there were many women like her trying to fight alone.

What is Ovarian Cancer?

At Halina’s Hope, we believe it’s not the death sentence many women feel it is. While ovarian cancer is often treated as a chronic condition, our approach of hope and compassion through support builds strength to fight and live your fullest lives. Ovarian cancer develops in the ovaries or fallopian tubes and has no effective screening or early detection testing.
