Project Halina’s Hope in Morocco is an outreach program through our organization with the mission of providing the same services of knowledge through compassionate support and access to care that we do here in the United States.
At Halina’s Hope, we believe that every woman who’s in the midst of the battle of their life deserves the same care, no matter where in the world they are. Many women in Morocco are battling all of the emotional, psychological, and physical pain associated with an ovarian cancer diagnosis.
We’ve spent time with them ourselves in Morocco the last time our caring staff at Halina’s Hope was there, thanks to your donations. Every woman deserves to feel empowered by her peers fighting the same fight, and through our mentoring program, we teach the beautiful women of Morocco how to cope with their diagnosis. As well as provide them with the financial assistance they need to cover their medical care and transportation. Hospitals are not something that can be found a few blocks or even miles away in most areas of Morocco, so these women need to travel, sometimes for days on end, to get the care they need.
Only with your help, your donations help provide these deserving women with the care they need to fight this lonely battle and rediscover their empowerment.
Every donation you make to our Project Morocco program helps pay for CT Scans and MRIs that these women cannot afford.
It allows them the ability to pay for medication they otherwise could never afford.
As well as creates the opportunity for us to return to Morocco and share the knowledge and compassionate in-person care that the women who’ve experienced Halina’s Hope firsthand know can be the difference in every woman’s fight.
